Who we are
We are the registered Electoral District Association (EDA) for Carleton, working to support and elect a Conservative Member of Parliament. We are associated with the Conservative Party of Canada.

- Phone number
- Mailing or residential address, city, province, and postal code
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Contact you about the campaign, local events, nominations, and other EDA activities
- Respond to your requests (for example, to deliver a lawn sign or follow up on a question)
- Organize volunteers and coordinate local activities

- Operate, maintain, and secure our website
- Meet our obligations under Canadian election law
We will only use your information for the purposes described here, or for purposes you would reasonably expect.
How your information is handled and shared
Our supporter platform. Information you submit through our forms is sent to and stored in the supporter-management platform we use to organize our outreach.

Contribution records are handled in accordance with the Canada Elections Act, which requires us to report certain contribution details to Elections Canada.

Our team. Your information may be accessed by authorized staff and volunteers who need it to carry out the activities above.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to help the site function and to understand usage. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may not work as well.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can opt out of our communications at any time.

How long we keep your information
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
